By creating an account on portal.immiquest.ca (the "Portal") or using any services provided by Immiquest Immigration Consulting Inc.("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Portal.

Use of the Portal does not constitute a retainer or legal advice unless a signed agreement exists between you and Immiquest Immigration Consulting Inc..
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@immiquest.ca if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Information provided through the Portal is for case management purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. Immigration rules change frequently. Immiquest Immigration Consulting Inc. RCICs will provide regulated advice only under a signed retainer agreement.
All content, software, and design of the Portal is the property of Immiquest Immigration Consulting Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Portal without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Immiquest Immigration Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Portal, including but not limited to delays or denials of immigration applications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@immiquest.ca.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
